Every other time we've had food from here it's been great but to wait 1hr 40minutes for a delivery and then to receive cold inedible food I'm absolutely disgusted

Asked to phone my mobile when food was delivered to hotel reception (via a message on just eat) but never did. Phoned to chase order and was told it had already being delivered. Food was stone cold. How hard is it to follow a simple instruction?
Only ordered once from here a spaghetti for me and my partner and by surprise it was absolutely beautiful I hope the one iv ordered today is as good!
