Quality hotel. Large comfortable rooms. Friendly efficient staff and excellent breakfast. Food pricey but good quality and well presented. Will stay again if working in the area
Extremely cold room. Very thin quilts.Beautifully decorated and fulfilled all our needs apart from the temperature. Poor breakfast - hard sausage and cold grilled tomatoes.
Went in for a massage treatment. Beautiful room,warm welcoming and stylish. Very professional team had an extremely relaxing massage thank you.
The Casino Royale New Years Eve party night was fab from beginning to end.. Amazing food and entertainment with such variety. Well done to all in the planning and delivery of this event. MP is very local to me and i visit often..simply the best in every way.
The BEST Best Western EVER!!If you are thinking of going, GO! The spa rooms are terrific !! Check for online deals! Stayed in the Caledonia Spa Suite & absolutely loved it. Never seen anything like it. Love how the gorgeous spa room is separate to the huge bedroom!!!! With an enclosed toilet area just as you step through the separating spa/bedroom door. Steam room with shower, round Jacuzzi bath across from a wall of mirrors with a TV built within the centre! A sauna and separate walk in shower. An awesome setup for sure!! I would definately go back for this room. Your own private little spa. It's fantastic!!
