Verry xsbensive
Non existent aftercare. Blind was fitted but didnt look right (roller blind with a gap at the top and brackets showing) Asked them for a possible solution that we were willing to pay for and never heard back. Called 3 times and still waiting.
Had shutters installed on 4 windows in June. Two were installed correctly the other two were not. It is now November and we have gone to the shop and phoned numerous times over the last 5 months to find out when they are going to fix the shutters but with no success. After service care is non-existent. Would not recommend them. Update - rep came out and said yes shutters will be replaced in January. Now Feb 23rd and still waiting to hear from him or C&S Design.
